At Olives Childcare, we value the privacy of both our clients and candidates and ensure not only that all data is protected to the utmost standard, but also that our uses of your data are transparent.  We always work to the guide lines of the Data Protection Act 1998 but please feel free to ask any questions that you feel are unanswered here.

Information which we collect and keep on you would normally include your name, contact information (including address, email, telephone etc.) and demographic information (including interests, preferences, passtimes etc.), or any other information that is specifically relevant to your application.

Any information which is gathered on you is kept completely secure and documents containing your personal details will always be shredded before being disposed of.  We have stringent electronic, physical and managerial guide lines in place to ensure that your personal data is always kept safe.

The information we keep on you is used to maintain the high standards of service which Olives Childcare is renowned for and will be used for internal record keeping, maintaining support to you whenever needed and contacting you from time to time to ensure that our services meet your needs.

Olives Childcare will never sell or give your personal data to any third parties.  Should we work with partner agencies in sourcing a candidate suitable for you and the need for them to contact you arise, we would only do so with your consent.
